1. 概述

Introduction

 

4914090/4914091型調(diào)速器是一款基于綠色、環(huán)保理念開發(fā)出的高性能柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)用調(diào)速器。

The 4914090/4914091 governor is a high performance diesel engine speed governor which was developed based on environmental protection concept.

 

在延續(xù)了上一代調(diào)速器所擁有的寬電源電壓適應(yīng)能力、抗干擾能力和多種異常工況保護(hù)能力等特點(diǎn)的同時(shí)，它能進(jìn)一步控制柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在啟動(dòng)過程中的廢氣排放和煙塵濃度，達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的。

As our previous generation products, it includes wide-supply-voltage adaptability, anti -interference ability, and protection ability for a variety of abnormal condition.

It could reduce the emission and smoke during engine start.

 

它是一款高穩(wěn)定性、高可靠性、高安全性的柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)環(huán)保控制器。

It is a diesel engine protection controller which is stable, reliable and safe.

2. 技術(shù)特征

2.1. 基本功能

Basic Functions

2.1.1. 適用于Cummins N、M11、K、KV等系列柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。其中：

It is suitable for N, M11, K, KV series Cummins diesel engine.

4914090型適合N、M11系列，K19及以下排量的K系列發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)；

The 4914090 type is suitable for N, M11 series, K series engine (K19 or below capacity);

4914091型適合K38及以上排量的K（KV）系列發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。

The 4914091 type is suitable for KV series engine (K38 or above capacity).

2.1.2. 怠速/高速運(yùn)行模式切換；

Run/Idel mode,

2.1.3. 提供外置速度微調(diào)端口，可實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)速的外置手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)、或配合自動(dòng)控制器調(diào)節(jié)；

Remote Speed Adjust,

2.1.4. 怠速/高速運(yùn)行速度分別的設(shè)置；

Run speed and idle speed setting,

2.1.5. 增益調(diào)節(jié)和轉(zhuǎn)速降設(shè)置；

Gain and Droop setting,

2.1.6. 緩起動(dòng)參數(shù)設(shè)置。

Smoothly rising control setting.

2.2. 工作參數(shù)

Working parameters

2.2.1. 額定工作電壓：24V DC；

Rated Voltage: 24V DC

2.2.2. 最大輸出電流：2.1A；

Maximum Output Current: 2.1A

2.2.3. 轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)：正弦信號(hào)，有效值不低于1.7V；

Speed Signal: Sinusoidal Signal, effective value not less than 1.7V

2.2.4. 轉(zhuǎn)速微調(diào)范圍：±600RPM;

Speed Adjustment Range: ±600RPM

 

2.3. 使用環(huán)境

2.3.1. 使用溫度范圍：-40～+65℃；

Temperature Range: -40～+65℃

2.3.2. 相對(duì)濕度不超過90%；

Relative Humidity: ≤90%

2.3.3. 振動(dòng)加速度不大于100m/S2；

Vibration Acceleration: ≤100m/S2

2.3.4. 沖擊加速度不大于150m/S2；

Shock Acceleration: ≤150m/S2

3.1. 外觀及安裝尺寸：

3.2. 接線方式：

Connection mode

3.2.1. 電源的連接：

Battery:

1#端子為電源正極，2#端子為電源負(fù)極。

1# Terminal：Power+；2# Terminal：GND. 

連接線需使用1mm2或更粗的多芯銅線進(jìn)行電源連接。

Use 1mm2 or larger copper wire.

3.2.2. 執(zhí)行器的連接：

Actuator:

3#、4#號(hào)端口為執(zhí)行器連接端。

3# & 4# Terminals: Actuator

連接線需使用1mm2或更粗的多芯銅線進(jìn)行電源連接。

Use 1mm2 or larger copper wire.

執(zhí)行器端不區(qū)分正負(fù)極，但切勿與地線、機(jī)殼短路。

Do not short circuit the terminals to GND.

3.2.3. 轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)的連接：

Speed Signal：

5#、6#號(hào)端口為轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)連接端，5#端口為信號(hào)輸入端，6#端口為共地端。

當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)源被多個(gè)設(shè)備公用的時(shí)候，務(wù)必保證共地端統(tǒng)一。

Make sure the Common Ground Terminals are unified, when the speed signal source is common used by more than one equipment.

3.2.4. 外置微調(diào)電位器的連接：

Remote Speed Adjust:

7#、8#、9#端子為外置微調(diào)電位器端口，供用戶通過控制面板的多圈電位器方便的對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)定值進(jìn)行微調(diào)。

A potentiometer installed on the panel would be connected to 7#, 8# and 9# terminals as a Remote Speed Adjuster.

電位器應(yīng)使用47KΩ多圈電位器（零件號(hào)：3035105），其中電位器的2#腳（中間端口）對(duì)應(yīng)調(diào)速板的8#端子，必要情況下可串聯(lián)200KΩ電阻以提高微調(diào)穩(wěn)定性。

The 47K- Ohm Potentiometer’s PN is 3035105. 2# pin should be connect to the 8# terminal of Control Governor. A 200K-Ohm resistor could be series connection in the wire in order to improve engine stability, if necessary.

不需要外置微調(diào)功能時(shí)，8#、9#端子不接線即可。

Keep the 8# and 9# terminals open if Remote Adjusting is not needed.

3.2.5. 怠速/運(yùn)行模式切換開關(guān)的連接：

Idel/Run Mode Switch:

10#端子為怠速/運(yùn)行模式開關(guān)接口，其使用方法為通過開關(guān)或繼電器與7#端子相連。

10 # terminal is Idle / Run mode switch interface. A switch or relay could be connected between 7# and 10 # terminals.

開關(guān)或繼電器開路時(shí)，調(diào)速板工作于運(yùn)行模式；開關(guān)或繼電器接通時(shí)，調(diào)速板工作于怠速模式。

When the switch or relay is open, control governor will work in RUN Mode. When the switch or relay is connected, control governor will work in IDLE Mode.

3.2.6. 公共地線：

Common GND

11#端子為備用的公共地線，一般不需要連接。注意千萬不能將蓄電池的負(fù)極與其連接，這可能導(dǎo)致控制器的損壞。

11 # terminal is spare GND, and do not need to be connected. Do not attach the battery negative to 11 # terminal, the control governor may be damaged.

3.2.7. 衰減端子：

A、B#端子為擴(kuò)展的衰減端子，用于消除發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與發(fā)電機(jī)的耦合震蕩現(xiàn)象，一般不需要連接。

A# and B# terminals are damping, it was needed when the oscillation of the coupling between engine and generator occurred, and do not need to be connected in general condition.

3.3. 調(diào)試及使用：

Debugging and Use:

3.3.1. 轉(zhuǎn)速降

Droop

設(shè)置運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)由空載狀態(tài)進(jìn)入帶負(fù)載時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)速下降的程度。

 This Potentiometer is used to set the speed decline percent when the engine is loaded.

需與增益調(diào)節(jié)電位器對(duì)應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)，使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作穩(wěn)定。

Droop Potentiometer is used with Gain Potentiometer in order to keep the engine work stability.

3.3.2. 增益

GAIN

用于設(shè)置發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在負(fù)載變化時(shí)，速度調(diào)節(jié)量的快慢。

This Potentiometer is used to set the sensitivity of speed adjustment when the engine’s load is changed.

與轉(zhuǎn)速降電位器對(duì)應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)，使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作穩(wěn)定。

Gain Potentiometer is used with Droop Potentiometer in order to keep the engine work stability.

3.3.3. 運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)速

RUN

用于設(shè)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速。

This Potentiometer is used to set the target Run-Speed.

3.3.4. 怠速

IDLE

用于設(shè)定怠速狀態(tài)的目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速。

This Potentiometer is used to set the target Idle-Speed.

3.3.5. 緩起動(dòng)控制

SMOOTHLY RISING CONTROL

用于設(shè)定啟動(dòng)過程的煙度控制程度。

This setting time is used to set the sensitivity of Smoke Control.

越大的電位器設(shè)置值，對(duì)應(yīng)越大當(dāng)?shù)臒煻瓤刂疲坏^大的煙度控制程度可能導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)困難。

The larger potentiometer set, the more smoke control. But too large setting time may cause difficult engine start.

建議將電位器設(shè)置于10s處。

The potentiometer is usually arranged on the 10s point.
